Well I guess add me to list of customers that have not received an email to redeem the promotion. I've also talked with 8-10 reps that "escalate" the issue to no avail. Last ticket number I was given doesn't even show up as active under support.
Very happy with 5G home service and I'm glad I switched but I really want the appliance promotion.
Hopefully the squeaky wheel gets the grease as I reach out to support every day. lol.
