We have a payment arrangement set for tomorrow, but service was suspended. This has NEVER happened before. I’m losing out on a job because I can’t call the job back. Times are hard right now and I was laid off from my job. I was able to set a payment arrangement like i’ve done in the past and not have my service cut off. It’s not like Vzn cares about their customers and the impact of the economy and job loss, but at the very least, the payment arrangement can be honored. I digress, trying to get an actual human in financial services is abysmal because everything is automated (ableism). Landlines are a thing of the past so how am I supposed to talk to an actual human. Mind you, I’m also handicapped and disabled so I can’t get to an actual store.
