I signed up for the 5G home internet and never received the Nintendo switch ! I connected the internet back in 03/2024. It is now 09/2024. I was first informed to wait 65 days, never received a email after waiting. I have been calling for a month now trying to redeem my promotion, every time I speak to a representative I being told it’s being pushed up to all different departments to handle it. Also I keep getting told to wait 5-7 days. This is ridiculous that the promo deal has yet to be honored !
