I was previously a Verizon customer but decided to switch providers due to high bills. A few months ago, I encountered a door-to-door solicitor representing Moxie Management, who misrepresented the offer and resulted in me paying more than promised.
Today, another Verizon solicitor visited my home, knocking aggressively. Despite my reluctance, they continued to pitch their services. When I inquired about their affiliation, they mentioned Amour Marketing from Worcester, which is quite a distance from my location. This raised concerns about the legitimacy of their approach.
I am requesting that Verizon address the issue of door-to-door solicitors and ensure better professionalism and transparency. I have firmly decided not to return to Verizon due to these negative experiences.
