I enrolled with Horizon Wireless almost 5 months. Since enrolled, I have been waiting for Mobile+ home internet discuss which is $10 per line and I have 6 lines ( so it should be $60 discount). Almost every month , I have been calling them to get that discount in my account but still did not show up in my bill. Verizon Custom service and corporate office are not able to resolve the issues. It's really frustrating and disgraceful. I never had such problem with any other carrier. If Verizon can not keep it's promise towards it's customer.. why you are advertising it.. Totally unacceptable and Fraud service ever. Offer vs reality never work with Verizon. Be careful before you are adding any service with Verizon wireless or Fios.
