Ups stole my new iphone!! Beware of UPS

I ordered two new iphones two days ago. One was a pink iphone 15 and one was a white iphone 15 pro max. They were delivered at the same time today from ups. The pink iphone was in its box but the white iphone box was empty with just a charger. I filed a police report as well as made a claim with ups. I have to wait for verizon to open tomorrow to contact them. Has anyone had experience with this? Will verizon replace my phone? The ups customer service said verizon will fix my problem and that verizon will be reimbursed by ups? I am bugging out because i dont want to he charged for a phone i did not receive!

Sorry to hear your new iPhone 15 PM got stolen in transit. Unfortunately, you're not alone as this topic comes up from time to time. Hopefully Verizon doesn't just give you the runaround when you contact them to report the theft; I would make sure you keep the tracking number of the stolen shipment, all your claim details with UPS, and the police report information. There have been some instances in which people were getting billed for phones they never received, so if that happens I would dispute the charges with your bank. Good luck, and I do hope Verizon straightens it out for you where you get a replacement without any hitches.
