Anyone else try using the "1-833-Verizon" contact at the top of their home page? It takes you to a company selling "fall notification" devices you wear. I was on with a Verizon rep a few days ago and he said that it would be changed to the 1-800-VERIZON number. As of today, 9-[phone number removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] it's still posted. There's no email to contact the web page tech support.
