Signed up for 5g home internet and activated it back in July. Here it is the middle of September and still no access. I’ve called, chatted even contacted Verizon Support on X and I feel like it a loss cause. First time it was they were opening a ticket and someone would reach in in 3 business days. No response. 2nd time the are now going to escalate it allow 4 business days, no response. Now it some promo fallout form allow 7 days.
VERIZON GET IT TOGETHER. Let me not pay my bill for 2 months you’d disconnect my service but you can treat customers like this. I have 5 cell phone lines plus the 5g internet now. I’m seriously about to take ALL my business elsewhere.
