Will someone from Verizon please reach out and resolve this issue? I have requested a return kit for our Gateway 4 times since we cancelled service in July and have not received anything. I even went to my local Verizon store to make 1 of those requests. 1 agent told me to just take it to The UPS Store, which I did. Of course, with no return authorization number, it was a no go. I am SO FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED.
