Can't get to my $200 Home Depot Gift Card

When I signed up for my 5G Home Internet (installed on July 3, 2024), Verizon promised me a $200 Home Depot Gift Card would be posted to my account after 60 days from installation. It is now September 19, 2024, and nothing has appeared. I have called and spoken with a live customer service agent twice, and they have been unable to find a solution. I have searched the Verizon website and asked the "Chat Assistant." Nothing has worked. This seems like false advertising to me! What can I do now?

I activated a new home internet system with 5G Home Plus. When I contracted for this on the phone, the Verizon salesperson assured me that the $200 Home Depot gift card would become automatically available on my Verizon online account 60 days from installation.
