I need to talk to a supervisor or a manager. I was charged $1600+ for a trade in. I sent the phone back already and I gave them the tracking number. I was told that the device has made it to the warehouse but my bill still hasn't been adjusted to reflect it. This has been going on for weeks now and no one will let me speak to a manager. I'm constantly having to explain the situation every time I call. The representatives always say they will put the information in the notes on my account but I still have to go over everything every time. How do I get in touch with someone higher up because at this point Verizon is giving me the runaround. I have been with Verizon for 9 years and have never experienced poor customer service like this.
