I was promised a $25/month discount for our son being a physician. After a full day of trying, we are not able to apply that discount. Verizon Customer Service sent me an email (after an hour on the phone) that had a link they said would work. It didn’t. Our son can’t even sign into our account because the system is trying to verify the sign-in credentials with a number OTHER THAN our primary number on the account. No one has a phone that ends in the number they are sending it to! Verizon Customer Service is getting as bad as Xfinity and that’s bad! Any thoughts?
