Rebate: $200 Verizon Gift Card On Us

I placed a new phone order last week and it is supposed to include a $200 Verizon Gift Card but I can't figure out where to go to submit for the rebate. One thing says to go to My Verizon account and another to My Notification but neither seem to show anything about the rebate. Anyone figure this out?

You'll use promo code "CARTOFFER2024" to start the redemption process. Once approved, it can take up to 8-weeks for the e-gift card will be delivered to your email address. You have 60-days from the date of purchase to complete the submission. I hope this information helps.
