Purchased the Verizon Internet Gateway on August 29th and setup was same day. I was told when making the purchase I would be getting the NFL Sunday ticket for free via the promotion. I have spoken to 4 customer service reps and a ticket has been open for the past 3 weeks. Yet no email for the promotion to be accessed. Under "Manage Services & Perks" - Entertainment it says NFL Sunday Ticket Free Account Enrolled, but no manage tab is displayed under my other active services & perks. Of the four times I've called I'm told the IT personal are working the ticket - whatever that means. I am now missing the second week of games and will return my home internet system if this is not resolved very quickly.
