I switched 5 lines from att to Verizon and still have not received my email to redeem the nfl Sunday Ticket. I have been on the phone with Verizon who said to go to the store because the rep will do it. I go back to the store and they say no call customer service. I keep getting the run around. I am highly disappointed switcher from att to Verizon. I expect to receive this Sunday ticket email on how to redeem. This is absolutely ridiculous. you should be ashamed of your service. I expect a response.
