Verizon Cloud Download - Photos to desktop

I am trying to download all my photos from the Verizon Cloud to my desktop computer but I am missing the download button. I can download if I am in a specific photo but not in bulk. Is there an easier way to download all photos without doing it 1 at a time?

Hello Momma427 - Yes, you can. There is a downloadable (free) Desktop App for Verizon Cloud (v24.5+). you log into it with the same My Verizon credentials as you do your account. If you are looking to only download then skip adding backup folders in that part of the setup (or pick one with a single item in it).
Then, in 'User Devices', you will see all the devices you have used to add to your Cloud storage and next to each is a button 'Download All'. You will then be able to initiate the background download of all content to your desktop. Note that you can only download to the C:/ (or Primary) drive, after which you can move the files to an external drive or upload to another service.
