Back at the end of April (on the 30th) I had to phone numbers switched from Straight Talk to Verizon, and bought two new phones to put them on and we picked them up at the local Verizon store. Since then I still don't have access to the My Verizon > Account page. It loads up as guest and shows the confirmation of the order being picked up and just says "You’ll get the full Account Owner experience after you activate your device." But it's been 5 months now, and apparently that activation still has never happened on the Verizon side (we've been using our phones since then with no issues). Luckily I've been able to use the One Time Payment page to pay the bill but I'd really like to have actual access to account.
