One discontinued perk keep charging me so I called verizon and got credit for it. Maybe that’s the issue? Idk
I can certainly understand the confusion, WKK_. I know I would be if I had conflicting messages like that, and I wager that it is related to the credit, as sometimes those credits are unbilled, and don't take effect until your billing cycle restarts. I can take a look into this to make sure everything's accurate, and will need account access to do this. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us.
