Perks for existing customers

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over a year always pay my bill on time and I have several lines with Verizon. Y’all are unwilling to give perks and upgrades to your existing customers and we are at All because all of these other companies are offering as long as you’re in good standing with them unlimited upgrades. Why does Verizon not do this no perks for existing customers
