I need to talk to a supervisor or a manager. I was charged $1600+ for a trade in. I sent the phone back already and I gave them the tracking number. I was told that the device has made it to the warehouse but my bill still hasn't been adjusted to reflect it. This has been going on for 2 months now and no one will let me speak to a manager. I'm constantly having to explain the situation every time I call. The representatives always say they will put the information in the notes on my account but I still have to go over everything every time. Someone would get on the phone as if they are the supervisor and still no results. How do I get in touch with someone higher up because at this point Verizon is giving me the runaround. I have been with Verizon for 9 years and have never experienced poor customer service like this. Please someone help me with this issue.
