Verizon customer service has given me the run around and lied to me by each phone agent as well as the store that I visited. I am in the process of finding another provider. They tell you whatever to appease you while on the phone but change nothing. I am very disappointed with this company and nobody cares. I have written other complaints and nothing changes. Well you will have one less person to ignore because I have had enough. Billing is jacked up. Keep hearing they are fixing it but it's still the same. Watch has been lost in transit for a week now and I have heard nothing from anyone. I do not want it and want it removed IMMEDIATELY !! NOBODY can connect my second number by eSIM but I'm still being charged. Now I may have to get a new number, change web address info, and repurchase business cards but Verizon does not give a flying shiii. You just want your money while making me lose mine. I have a small business. Not a corporation and I would never treat my clients as you have. Your internet is getting worse by the day. Stops working in the wee hours when I guess you think people are asleep but some of us use tv when they can't but I have to result to an antenna. I am suppose to be on some Tech monitor to try and see what the problem is but I have yet again heard NOTHING. IM SURE THIS IS A WASTE OF MY TIME BUT HEY.....I have lost money that I can't get back.
