I have been routinely incorrectly charged travel passes for all three lines on my account for multiple months. Each month I call and complain and they eventually take it off but I am sick and tired of having to call EACH month to be refunded on something I did not sign up for. It is fraudulent billing in my opinion and I am ready to get someone else involved unless it can be permanently taken off my account. If not I will have to find another carrier. Customer service is terrible
