I purchsed 4 iPads in 2022.
1 has always worked, another has had cell service intermittently and the other 2 lined have never ever been able to activate.
Customer service including executive relations cant fix it. I have paid for new Ipads and service and no one can fix the issue.
Verizon offered me a 100 credit or replacement iPads (which we have tried and they did not activate)
I have spent thousands of hours trying to troubleshoot on the phone and via chat. I have even visited apple. NO ONE CAN FIX IT.
Manager promise to call back but never do.
I NEED TABLETS I PAID FOR AND SERVICE I PAY FOR TO WORK...This is crazy
Anyone else have this issue?
