We've been with Verizon for many many years. In the beginning the service was great. It was reliable, tech support was more than good and I recommended it to many family and friends. But as time has gone by...service has taken a nose dive. There is still support but thats also taking a nose dive. So right now we're looking to say goodbye to Verizon and start shipping out. We're paying to much for bad and terrible service.
