I was promised a $200 digital gift card via email for new service and have yet to received. I was told I had to wait 3 months then after that I was told once I was able to get into Verizon app to check because it’s there (I could get into the account for some reason, it took 3 separate calls to fix the problem) then was told there was no promotion available.
