Can anyone advise how to actually get a false charge removed from my bill? I have spoken to numerous customer service representatives since August. After spending countless hours one the phone… they promise to get the charge removed. It does not happen. Verizon has all the documentation needed to remove this ‘mistake’ of a charge. I returned the damaged phone to asurion. They have documentation it was received on Aug. 5. Somehow there is a charge on my bill for $1200! I am facing disconnection this Friday because I am not paying for a phone I returned.
Can anyone help me please?
