Posting this here to see if others are having the same issue as I am — I don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere at all with Verizon’s customer service.
I became a Verizon customer in June 2024 (4 months ago). I have 2 lines on my account, along with an iPad and Verizon 5G internet.
upon signing up, I immediately enrolled in Auto Pay — paperless billing is enabled and I am using a checking account (yes I’m sure, it’s not a debit card. I’m aware the discount won’t work with a debit card).
I was told the discount would likely take a month to take effect. No issues. So July comes and goes without issue. But once we get to August the discount still wasn’t there so I called into customer service. From then until today I can’t tell you how many calls I’ve made. I’ve found little to no help anywhere.
Everyone I talk to says that I *should* be receiving the discount and they’re not sure why I’m not. I’m tired of having to call in angry every month just to request a credit for what my discount should have covered.
anyone have this same issue? And if so, anyone get a real resolution?
