Verizon customer service is in a foreign country and verizon is not monitoring what those people are doing.
On Monday Verizon deactivated my sim card in my iphone, and it was during an emergency when my car broke down in 100 degree weather. I could not call AAA or even 911. I had no service at all. Two days later I went to the store to try to get my service back and they accused me of removing the sim card and deactivating it. I was shocked. I dont even know where the sim card is on my phone.
