Hey everyone, like a lot of others I'm having trouble uploading the Proof of Residency. I've clicked everything in the app and in my account and there is no place to upload any document.
Also, are there any corporate stores I can visit to just resolve this? I am moving TOMORROW, and I still can't have my service set up. The email I'm getting is: Another customer is currently receiving service at the address you provided. Before we can complete your order, we will need to arrange to have their services disconnected.
Somebody please help, this has been so frustrating
