iPhone 16 Pro still on Backorder

I purchased the phone for trade-in on September 22nd. The shipment was expected by October 11th, but that date has now passed, and my trade-in is still scheduled for October 22nd. This seems unlikely to happen if the new phone doesn’t arrive soon, as I may be without a phone. Is there any update on the shipment date, and is it possible to adjust the trade-in date due to the delay?

Same here! It would be nice for them to at least upstate the expected shipping date instead of leaving it.

Same issue as first question. It would be nice just to have an update on the ship date and recognition on reminder emails that if we have not received our new phones then the trade in date would be adjusted.

I ordered mine on Sept. 26th. It says estimated to ship by Oct. 18th. It still hasn’t shipped and nothing is updating.
