I order 5g plus internet back on October 6th online. My address qualifies for 5g. It got activated as LTE plus which is the same cost as 5G plus $45/month. I have called several times to fix this with no progress. This is for line 0977. I was also supposed to get a $200 Verizon gift card and a $400 Samsung appliance rebate, that still has not come. This is supposedly escalated but the customer service representative was unable to give me a tracking numbered.
