I preordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max on September 13th with an expected ship/delivery date of October 4th. October 4th rolled around and I still heard nothing. After waiting a week I reached out to Verizon support and after awhile they said “we are going to expedite this for you. It will be delivered within 24-48 hours.” Seemed too good to be true. Over 48 went by, no email or tracking sent but I received an email saying that they had not received my trade in and if it was not received within 20 days it could possibly affect my trade in value. Well I don’t have my new phone so obviously I am not going to trade in my current one. Has anyone had any luck getting real or correct info out of Verizon support?
