I apparently was credited twice to my account, and a month later I’m being told that it is a valid charge, how can Verizon associates and Verizon’s system make this error and I still get charged for it? I was told by a customer service representative that because I still used my phone in aug. with out having a new bill I should have called and told them they credited my account by mistake, he was very rude and when I asked to speak to a supervisor this representative stated that I didnt need to speak to a supervisor.
