I provided this feedback during the Survey that followed my Chat experience, however my session timed out before I hit Send. I want to be sure that this feedback is properly attributed to the employee and their excellent performance.

Exceptional interaction. As the head of IT for 25 years I know what superior customer service looks like. 3 of my IT staff won the CEO best-employee award in 3 different years, and Luna was better.

P.S. Being restricted to 200 characters made fitting everything in time consuming. If session activity included the Chat mechanism, this would not have been a problem.
