I traded in my old Galaxy (not sure which model but I think 9) for the promo that offered an $800 credit, which would make my S24 free. Upon receiving my first bill I see that only $200 was applied and am being charged for the phone. When I went back to have this corrected at the local store I was told I had to go to the same person that helped me at the same store. I find it difficult to believe there is not one central system that a representative at any store is able to look up my account and assist with.
