I purchased verizon 5g Home internet on a 30 day free trial period . Since I was not satisfied with the internet speed at my place, Tempe, AZ, I didn't want to use the service anymore and return the device.
I disconnected the service and the customer reprsentatiove said there will be return label sent to my address in 4-5 days --> it has been over 40 days , I haven't received any label. When I rechecked on status, there is no tracking id and also they have deleted my account as I am not using service and verbally, they say it will be received in some unknown days.
Now, I am getting calls and email everyday to pay the bill which they have posted on some account since they didn't receive the box .
Lot of problems from the verizon end here :
- They never sent any label as they never provided any tracking id although I asked several times -- 2 chats - 1 of them --Chat Conversion Id: *****,
- They have deleted account and I can't track anything .
- They said I can't return the equipment to local verizon store without label if there is no return label, should I address it to Verizon CEO or what ??
- They are disconnecting calls -- Phone call at Oct 14, 6:16 PM.
Anybody who can help me with this please help, as I don't want to recive any email /calls/mssg for this from their end now -- The most I expect from them is to come and pickup their garbage box from my home.
