After the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon I have been stuck with a phone for the foreseeable future without the ability to upgrade it, unless I spend three grand It’s crazy. I can serve the country go to war and come back, but I can’t get a my phone that was promised. I’ve been going over this for 5+ months, and nothing is in the notes or it seems like it’s not by the way I have to repeat myself. I don’t recommend Verizon for anybody especially not our service members
