We returned a device over 2 months ago. It was received by Verizon 2 days after it was shipped. 2 months later they put a $200 charge on my account because they didn’t do their job and mark it as returned. I have been trying to get resolution for over 2 weeks and I still have nothing. I have sent the tracking number and the info that shows it was received by their facility. I have also made a complaint with the BBB because of it. I am have been a customer over 15 yrs and I am now looking for a new provider. I am so disappointed with how this company has treated us.
