4/20/24 purchased plan with free iPhone 15.Returned all very next day and charged $100.00 and refunded remainder amount.
in October billed for service and many fees and then billed over $800.00 for a phone I returned.
called Verizon 800 number and told to go to the store with documentation….no help.
as far as I’m concerned……I’ll call the cops when I get there for theft.
