I’ve been a Verizon customer on my own for nearly 5 years….previously I was on a family members account for 10+ years (I’m the fool I know). A true loyal customer, yet I get treated like dirt. I have 7 lines on my account and pay a whopping $500 bill each month. I do so without much complaint. It infuriates me that I am unable to upgrade any lines on my account without having to pay the entire retail price of the device due to my “credit limit being exceeded”. Out of the 7 lines on my account, only 3 still have active payment arrangements. I’m not here to fix the issue. I’m just here to expose how crooked this company has become. Rest assure, when my final 3 devices are paid in full, I will be switching my 7 devices to T-Mobile. Count your days Verizon, we’re done.
