I received a message from an off shore Verizon representative too my community forum.
I received 3 different chat windows for the same issue.
I feel this is a swindle to get my personal info, it does not make sense to have 3 different chats opened up. I will follow up to take the next appropriate steps.More dismay from Verizon wireless
