$200 Visa Gift Card

Was promised a $200 gift card to switch to Verizon. Never received the code. Now support is playing dumb. The incentive was a key factor is switching. After reading multiple message board posts, this seems to be a common tactic at Verizon. Caveat emptor

Purchase made 8/4; whether the gift card was to port in, I don’t know. But I did port in 2 numbers when I switched

Beware! I’m on the same boat on you and have been lied to by these people.

I was told by one of their supervisors I’d be receiving a 20% off discount on my bill due to the inconvenience regarding the same subject of the $200 visa gift card rebate. I haven’t received it and I’m a new customer since September 2024 and nothing. They haven’t found a solution and keep giving me the run around.

I am having the same issue. It has been weeks and weeks now with nothing. I keep checking my junk mail folder and there is nothing there either. When can I expect to receive. This is one of the main reasons I made the switch to Verizon.

I am having the issue issue regarding the Visa Rebate Card. I have contacted support multiple times and right now I've been speaking to them over 2 Hours. They are hoping I go away but I'm not and this is bad customer service! I been with Verizon for 19 years and I'm getting the run around.

Hello, I am having the same issue and have called customer service multiple times with no resolution.

I started home internet in Sept. and was told I would receive a Visa Gift Card as well as a $300 Samsung gift card, I received the email for the Samsung but never the Visa Gift card. One customer service rep told me I would receive after November bill processed but I still have not received anything and now customer service is telling me they don't see anything on my account. I am now starting to wonder if I should just cancel all of my services with Verizon, customer service is unacceptable.

The same issue here! We were promised a $200 gift card per line to switch as long as we were in good standing for 45 days. Our 2nd bill since starting service has been autodrafted and we've yet to receive any type of redemption email. Was this a con???

I'm in the same boat as the rest of you. Was promised the option of a $200 Target gift card or a chromebook. I have been trying since May to get someone to redeem this for me. The offer would only bring me to the chromebook option. Multiple calls and links later it still didn't work. I checked my emails and tried those links too. Nothing worked. Now I'm being told that the promotion is closed and there is nothing they can do.

I was just offered a $100 account credit instead of the promised amount of $200 (in the form of a target gift card) or the matter will have to be escalated. I declined the offer and escalated it, this isn't about the money anymore. The amount of time work this is taking is ridiculous, especially as a member for 16 years.

There are NO emails regarding a Verizon gift card redemption in my spam folder! We received the offer through a pop up when we were getting ready to place our order online. We chatted with a sales agent at the time who confirmed this promotion. Please honor your original promise / promotion!

Same issue here redeemed card on 12/18/24. Customer service is playing dumb saying I should have received an email, even confirmed email, but still no gift card. Seems to be a lie! Wasted so many hours trying to get it resolved with no end it sight.

I’m so frustrated I was promised $200 to switch to Verizon back in Oct 2024. it is now almost Feb 2025 and I still don’t have this gift card. I have called several times and keep getting the run around. Absolute worst.

Here is the solution that worked for me today.

1. Go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/
2. Enter promo code cartoffer2024 and the order date, click continue
3. Enter your email address (twice), click send, and follow the rest of the steps
At the end, Verizon will provide a tracking number for checking the status here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/track/

I am having this same issue! I was promised $200 gift cards for each new line. I got 2 lines then added 2 more a couple days later. When i asked about the gift cards i was told they would be sent in an email. I called customer support a couple days later only for them to tell me i had to wait 60 days. That was in January. I called in April only for them to tell me that the promotion was unavailable at this time. I asked about the time when the services were started and they said it wasn’t showing up!!! Still no resolution and I am completely unhappy with my service.

I received my email to “claim my offer” so I claimed the offer and brought to the registration page in which I had to provide my email to confirm. I received the “registration successful” and that giftcard will be emailed. I have not received anything else??
