February 29th i had a $30 charge taken from my bank that Verizon refused to acknowledge this charge existed until 5 hours of being on call with billing a supervisor finally gave me a $30 credit onto my account.
7 months of no problems again on October 17th I was charged another $30 for the same reason but this time after 5 hours of working with Verizon support they refuse to acknowledge the existence of this charge and refuse to do anything about it.
KEEP IN MIND MY BANKS FRUAD DEPARTMENT HAS INVESTIGATED THIS ISSUE AND HAS 100% CONFIRMED THE MONEY IS GOING TO VERIZON.
