Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get support from Verizon outside of business hours? I moved my family's 4 lines to Verizon (1 is a kid in college). The customer service was horrible. They ended up creating two accounts for me to manage, I have never been able to get an account set up with my login and my daughter is getting texts warning that the account is overdue when I am the person responsible and when I call... the assistant says there is no payment due. I tried again to get my account set up and I can't associate any numbers to my login, not even my own. I tried to submit something on-line to get an answer and this morning I was greeted by a message that read " Please try after sometime" in big bold letters. What a ridiculous message. This last month or so has been the worst customer experience I have ever had... with any product or service.
