After almost 25 years with Verizon, I am looking to leave. I pay 60/month for Asurion who is only open for working people realistically on Saturdays but does not have the staff to make a simple repair without a one to two day turnaround time. They close at six.
I have spent 40 min on the phone, 30 min in store and gotten nowhere.
For those staying with Verizon, Asurion has zero accountability so think twice.
