why am I being charged 408 dollars for my first bill? I transferred my active current number from AT&T to Verizon, I was told that since I switched from my current carrier to Verizon I would receive iPhone on them. I also already had a Verizon home internet, I went in and added a line and was told that I owed a past due balance of 62 dollars? So i paid that off, and then paid another 70 to get my home and phone bill on the same bill. Later on i received a letter saying i owed 408 dollars, for the free 3 month bundle, activation, insurance on phone, etc. now my phone and internet are due for disconnection within 24 hrs. The lady I spoke to thru costumer service was very rude. How do I fix this??? I want to keep my service.
