Nurse discount

Hello, I have been trying unsuccessfully to renew my nurse discount. Verizon seems to be the only site that I’d.me is not working correctly as I can log in and use it for other sites without issues. I have tried multiple days and spoke to a customer service agent who didn’t help. I have also tried logging in on different browsers. It keeps telling me We’re Sorry. Has anyone else had this happen and what worked for you?

I get a we’re sorry page after logging in my ID.me credentials and being redirected back to Verizon. I have seen this same topic posted on here before but was unable find out the resolution.

Verizon stopped giving me my nurses discount in September of 2023 due to using a third party"ID Me" team. I went into a store with a bank stub when I had trouble using your third party and the store could not help me. When I bought this phone in store October 2024 I should have documentation from the store rep trying to help me with your 3rd party verifier and he could not get it to work. I've called the 3rd party three different times, been hung up (disconnected) without call back and unable to assist me to get the issue resolved leaving this retrograde discount of what should be 240 dollars to a 20 dollar one time credit is extremely frustrating and poor on Verizon's part to "take care" of a customer that has been loyal to Verizon for over 15 years. This customer service rep can only find documentation for a March phone call. which is not the only time I have had contact with Verizon. I have several other documentation's of being in contact with the company and your 3rd party verifier. I will be looking to switch phone companies since refuse to retropay the $240 dollars on pure principal. 20 dollars doesn't even make up for the multiple phone calls and time I have spent 60+ minutes talking to people to get this issue resolved in the first place. Will be looking to switch phone companies. Stop using ID me and take care of your nurses!

Hi,

I am having the same problem. I am a nurse practitioner, trying to renew and reapply my nurse discount through ID.Me. I keep getting the "We're Sorry" message and screen once I confirm my inform through ID.Me and am rerouted back to the Verizon site. Please advise.

Hi Peter,
I've tried from my phone on the app and on my laptop - through my Chrome browser. I just tried through Safari and got the same "We're Sorry" message when redirected to Verizon. Please advise.
