PROMOTION NEVER RECEIVED

I was offered in writing for two promotions for trying the Verizon 5G Home Internet. After eight phone calls and assurance in writing that my promotions we on their way, I have still not received anything NOTHING AT ALL. Verizon needs to be held accountable!!

I expect what was offered to me in writing to be honored. I will pull all of my business from you if this matter is not honored!
