Can't redeem $200 Home Depot Gift Card

I am trying to redeem the $200 Home Depot gift card for signing up the 5G Home Internet. I got some strange "Terms & Conditions" for "Google Products" with expiration date of 5.8.2022. After I clicked the blank button below the terms and conditions, I got an error asking me to try again later. It has been like that since yesterday.

I chatted with the customer service yesterday and today, and was eventually told there is nothing they can do to help. They told me to either wait for a few days and hope for the best (the offer expires tomorrow) or call the rebate team at 877-899-8980. I called the rebate team number and was told they don't handle Home Depot gift card offer.

So, after two days and spending hours on this by chatting and calling, basically nobody knows how to resolve the issue. I don't understand why it is so complicated to send out the promotion offer they have promised.

Anybody else has the same issue here?

I clicked "You home offer is ready. Redeem by ##RD##" tile, and got a page that says "On the next page, just add one to your cart and the credit will be applied when you check out."

I then clicked "Redeem Now" button and got a page that says "Terms & Conditions Google Products: Offer valid thru 2.8.22. Must install and maintain eligible 5G Home internet services in good standing for 65 days and redeem offer w/in 60 days thereafter, or by no later than 5.8.22, whichever is first. Verizon reserves the right to charge back the value of the Google promotional device if eligible service is canceled w/in 180 days. Google and Nest are trademarks of Google LLC." This is obviously some old message that already expired two years ago.

There was a black and blank bar below the Terms and Conditions message. I guessed it was a button, so I clicked it and got the following error message:
