Yes, I fell behind. I fell behind by $300 due to an overseas trip with 3 phones. I never stopped paying. I never intended to stop paying. I have been paying Verizon for service for over 24 years… They interrupted service and charged me $60 to reconnect. Multiple attempts to plea my case were aborted due to incredibly poor AI “customer service”. ATT is offering me a pretty good deal… Why should I stay?
